My vest no longer works. What is the best way to proceed?
First, make sure your battery is fully charged and you are operating it correctly. You can find information about this in the instructions for use.
If your vest still doesn't heat up, make sure it is actually connected to the battery. If you turn the battery on when it is not connected to the vest, the display will show incorrect information and this can quickly give the impression that the battery is defect. So always use your battery fully charged and connected to the vest.
If there actually is a defect, follow our instruction for claims. Send us the complete set (vest, battery, charger) together with the invoice and we will look into the problem. Never send just the battery or just the vest, only the entire set.
